Roasted Chicken thighs w/ sweet potatoes

Ingredients
6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs with all fat removed1/2 bag of baby carrots1 large sweet potato, peeled and diced1/2 C diced yellow onion1/4 C maple syrupsalt pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients except the maple syrup in a casserole dish. Pour syrup over the top and stir to coat.
Bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes stirring once to re-coat vegetables with sauce. Chicken drippings should run clear when cooked.
