Rice with black beans

Ingredients
*Goya Dark Red Kidney Beans, 1 cup White Rice, long grain, 2 cup Water, tap, 2.5 cup Garlic powder, .5 tbsp Salt, 1 tbsp *Canola Oil, 3 tbsp *adobo, .5 tbsp
Directions
Place the water in a pot, add the rice, beans, adobo, garlic powder and salt to taste and add the oil, in that order so that the seasonings do not end up on top of the oil. Cook covered on a high temperature until boil, and then lower the temperature and leave until fully cooked.
