Ingredients
2 eggs, seperated2 cups milk2 cups flour4 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt6 Tbls oil
Directions
Beat egg yolks well. Beat in remaining ingredients, except egg whites, until smooth. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Pour from ladle or pitcher onto center of hot waffle iron. Bake until steaming stops or according to iron instrucions.

Serving Size: Makes 12 4x4 waffles = 6 servings
