Ingredients
Tofu, extra firm, .75 block Mushrooms,, 2 cup pieces Nama Udon, 400 gram(s) Garlic, 3 clove Onions, 1 cup, chopped Broccoli, , 1 stalk, medium Cauliflower, , 1.5 cup (1" pieces) Green Beans (snap), 1 cupSunflower Seeds, with salt added, .12 cup SauceSoy Sauce, .25 cup Honey Mustard, 1 tsp VH Plum Sauce , 2 tbsp Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Chop vegetables. Sautee onion and garlic in a wok. Add udon. Add all vegetables. Add a cup of water to keep from sticking.

Sauce
Combine all ingredients. Add to stirfry.
