Quick Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
Put water in a saucepan with chopped onion and bouillon cube and bring to a boil.Add chopped cabbage, zucchini, eggplant, can of tomatoes.Bring to a boil then simmer till vegetables are tender.Take 3-4 ladles full of soup and purree them in blender and add back to original mixture.Enjoy
