Yogurt and Tahini dip

Ingredients
2 tbsp of Tahini (Sesame paste)1/2 cup of Low fat yogurt, plainDash of SaltWater
Directions
Mix all ingredients with a spoon and add water to your taste, depending on the desired consistency.

you can add finely cut fresh herbs (mint, parsley, cilantro) or spices (cumin, paprika)

It can be used as salad dressing, to spread on sandwiches, or to dip vegetables. Serving size is aprox 2 tbsp.
