Ingredients
3 c water3/4 c uncooked grits3T butter4 wedges Laughing Cow Cheesesalt & pepper (to taste)
Directions
Bring water to rapid boil. Slowly stir in grits, reduce to low and simmer (covered) 5 minutes until thickened. Stirring occasionally. Remove from heat add in cheese, stir til smooth. Add salt and pepper.
