12 large eggs4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese2 TBSP real bacon bits12 slices honey ham12 english muffinsSalt Pepper
Preheat oven to 350. In a 12-cup muffin tin, spray a bit of nonstick spray and crack one egg in each hole. Salt and pepper as desired and sprinkle with bacon bits. Bake for 20 minutes or until egg is set. While egg is baking, split muffins and toast them. When eggs are done, sprinkle some cheese on a muffin bottom, top it with the egg, a slice of ham, and the top of the muffin.
