Ingredients
1 pkt Tean's Curry Laksa Paste1/2 can Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk136 gms Puff Tofu Small16 oz Lo Mein Noodle3 cups Bean Sprouts8 oz Chicken Thighs3 Large Hard Boil Eggs4 cup Green Beans6 gms Fresh Mint
Directions
Mix Tean's Curry Laksa Paste in 1500ml boiling water.
Add coconut milk and puff tofu. Bring to a quick boil and switch to low fire.
Blench fresh yellow noodle and bean sprouts, divide into 6 portions and put them in 6 big bowls. Add slices of cooked chicken, green beans and/or fish balls, hard boiled eggs and some mint leaves for garnishing on each bowl.
Pour hot curry laksa soup into the bowl of noodle and serve hot.
