Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced (remove) *Bertolli EVOO (1 tbsp), 2 serving (remove) Garlic, 3 cloves (remove) Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove) Salt, 1 dash (remove) *2% mozarella Cheese, .33 cup (remove) Spinach, fresh, 4 cup (remove) *Kalamata Black Olive,chopped, 4 tbsp (remove) *Athenos Reduced Fat Feta Cheese, 1 oz (remove) *kontos mulit grain flat bread, 4 serving (remove)
Directions
Melt mozarella on flat bread. mix tomatos and garlic (minced) with EVOO. Toss tomatos, garlic and EVOO into other ingrediants. top flat bread
