Bean Burgers

Ingredients
1 can Black Beans, drained and mashed1/2 C. Oatmeal1 egg, beaten1/2 t. salt1/2 t. cayennepepper, to tasteMix and form into burger patties.
Directions
Cook in frying pan over mediun heat till crunchy on each side (approx. 10 to 15min). Then spinkle cheese over top.
