Baked Banana Oatmeal

0.5 cup mashed bananas (about 2 medium)2 eggs0.5 cup milk0.5 tsp baking soda0.5 tsp baking powder1 tsp vanilla0.5 tsp cinnamon0.5 tsp nutmeg0.5 tsp cloves1.25 cup rolled oats (not instant)0.25 cup chopped nuts (optional).
Heat the oven to 350 F.
Mash the bananas, then beat in eggs and milk.
Add baking soda, baking powder, spices and vanilla.
Stir in the rolled oats. (Add nuts if desired). Mixture should be runny.
Grease a casserole dish and pour the mixture in. Bake covered (i.e. aluminum foil or lid) for 30 minutes. Remove lid and bake another 15 minutes, or until the centre is solid and the edges are golden brown.
