Ingredients
Ingredients1 cup Carbquik Low carb baking mix1 1/2 Splenda6 tablespoons ground flax seeds1 eggs1 cup buttermilk1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients.
Stir in egg, milk and vanilla.
Mix until blended but don't over beat.
Spray griddle with butter-flavored pan.
Scoop pancake batter out by 1/4 cups.
Cook pancake on griddle until bubbly, then flip.

Serving Size: Makes 8 Pancakes - 3 carbs each pancake
