Melanies Homemade Chicken Soup

Ingredients
Whole chicken2 cups carrots chopped2 cups celery chopped1 cup onion chopped4 tsp Chicken boullion baseGarlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, bay leaf, and fresh parsley all to taste
Directions
fill large pot with 12 cups of water
clean chicken and add to pot
add chopped veggies and seasoning to taste
boil ingredients for 1 hr or so.
remove chicken from pot and cool.
shred chicken from bone and return to pot
continue cooking for 30 more mins and serve
