Lime Breaded Chicken breast

Ingredients
*Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 32 oz*Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 1 cupEgg, fresh, 2 largeOlive Oil, .125 cupLime Juice, 1 fl oz
Directions
-Pound the chicken breast with a tenderizer until 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
-Put in egg to coat and then cover with bread crumbs.
-Plate on wax paper for 5 minutes for moister to lessen.
-Pan Fry in Olive oil on each side for 7 minutes. Place on plate and serve.
-Sprinkle lime juice on for a little kick.
