Apricot Brandy and Coffee Pork Ribs with Apples and Onions

Ingredients
20 oz lean pork ribs (boneless)6 oz Apricot Brandy1 or 2 packets of Starbucks Via instant coffee1 cup water2 large apples diced2 large sweet onions diced2 tsp fresh thyme1 tbs fresh chopped rosemary1 tsp whole peppercorns1 tsp whole coriander seed6 whole large bay leaves1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
Directions

Mix brandy, water and coffee packets separately.
In large crock pot place diced apples, and onions
herbs and spices salt and add pork to the top of this, add brandy mixture over the top of pork. Salt top of pork
and cover, cook on low heat for 6-8 hr and serve hot
