Chocolate Oat Snack Cake

1 3/4 cups boiling water1 cup quick cooking oats1/2 cup butter1 cup splenda no calorie sweetner1/2 cup packed splenda brown sugar blend2 eggs1 3/4 cups flour2 tbs baking cocoa1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 cup chopped walnuts
In a bowl, combine water and oats; let stand for 10 minutes. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in oat mixture. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle with walnuts. Bake at 350 degress for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
