Hearty Vegetable Beef Soup

2 Cans lo fat beef stock1 pound of lean beef cut into small cubesGarlic three clovesFresh chopped onion, celery, carrot, rutabaga, potato and cabbage one cup minimum of each.1 cup frozen peas1 can petite diced tomatoes3 cups waterChives 2 tbsParsley 2 tbsSalt and pepper to taste
Place water and broth in large pot, Cube meat and remove all fat. Bring meat to a boil over high heat. When boiling add canned tomatoes then cover and reduce heat to low. Meanwhile clean and chop vegetables. Add vegetables, except peas,garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender. Add Chives, Parsley and Peas. Cook until peas are tender but not falling apart.
