ragu cheesy light parmesan alfredo, 2 cup fettucine, 16 oz can of mushrooms 1 (optional)Chicken Breast, no skin, bonless, 1 pound cut into bitesize piecesCarrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Peas, frozen, 1.5 cup
Cook pasta according to box. During last five minutes of cooking, add peas and carrot. Drain
Cook chicken til no longer pink in center
In sauce pan add pasta mixture, alfredo sauce, mushrooms, and chicken, stirring to coat all ingredients with sauce. Cook and stir over medium heat until throughly heated.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on individual servings (optional)
Serving Size: Makes 8 1-cup servings
