Ed's Chicken spice healthy mix

Ingredients
3 whole Boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1" strips, 8 oz diced tomatoes w/no salt w/juice, 1 green pepper chopped, 1 onion chopped, 8 olives chopped, 8 oz kidney beans w/no juice, 3 cloves garlic chopped, 1tblsp lemon juice, 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (optional because that is where the high amount of sodium comes from).
Directions
using a 6qt pan put in diced tomatoes with juice and chicken. Cook until chicken starts to turn white. Add remainder of ingredients and cook on medium for apx 1hr.

Serving Size: makes about 3 quarts worth. Servings depend upon size bowl you wish to use.
