Helen's Holy Guacamole

Ingredients
2 Haas Avocado, seeded quartered1 thick slice onion2 cloves garlic1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. dried cilantro leaves, or 1 T fresh cilantro chopped1/4 cup light sour cream
Directions
Put onion slice and garlic in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped. Add in avocado, salt, cilantro and sour cream. Process until smooth and creamy.

Makes 12-two tablespoon servings.
