crispy backed potato wedges

Ingredients
2 Tbsp tastefully simple dried tomato & garlic pesto mix2 baking potatoes2 garlic cloves slivered3Tbsp. canola oil
Directions
1. preheat oven to 400 F
2. dry potato wedges , rub with 1/2 Tbsp of oil and 1/2 Tbsp of seasoning.
3.roast on baking pan for 30 minutes, turning at 15 minutes to evenly brown potatoes.
4. Mix remaining garlic, oil, and seasoning together in a small bowl for dipping
