Crust1/2 cup Flour, white1 C Splenda No Calorie Sweetener2 tsp Vanilla Extract¼ C Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)2 tsp Lemon JuiceFilling12 Tbsp Lemon Curd (jar)
Preheat oven to 375. Mix crust ingredients. Bake at 375 6-10 min. in small muffin tins, pat dough up the sides.
Top with lemon curd and dust with splenda if desired.
If needed place in turned off oven to warm curd and allow it to spread out.
