Salad Greens with Apples, Walnuts and Brie

Ingredients
1 tbsp cider vinegar1 tbsp olive oil1 tsp dijon mustard2 tsp honey4 cups baby salad greens, washed and dried12 - 16 thin half slices of apple2 tbsp walnut pieces1 ounce brie cheese, cut into small cubes
Directions
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Divide and mound the lettuce on two plates. Top with the apples, walnuts and brie. Drizzle with salad dressing and serve.
