Dannielle's Cream Cheese Crockpot Chicken

Ingredients
4 lbs. of boneless skinless chicken breast2 cans Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken2 packets Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing1 8oz. block of Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese1 8oz. tub of Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Chive & Onion1/2 cup water1/4 cup skim milk
Directions
Put chicken breasts in the crockpot. Mix water and Zesty italian dressing packets and pour over chicken. Cover crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours. Soften cream cheeses. After 4 hours of cooking chicken, mix together the soften cream cheeses, soup and skim milk. Remove chicken from crock pot. Add cream cheese/soup/milk mixture into liquid remaining in crockpot and stir. Return chicken to crock pot and break it up into shreds. Cook on high for 15 minutes or until hot.
