Chocolate Bubble Biscuits

Ingredients
2 cups flour1/4 cup sugar4 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/3 cup reduced calorie margarine3 oz chocolate chips2/3 cup milk1 tbsp reduced calorie margarine, melted1 tsp cinnamon1/4 cup splenda
Directions
In large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in chocolate chips. Add milk, stir until dough holds shape. Roll dough into 16 balls. Preheat oven to 375. Pour melted margarine in 8 inch square baking dish. In bowl combine cinnamon and splenda. Roll balls in mixture and place in pan. Pour any remaining mixture over top of balls. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan. Serve warm.
