Blueberry-Peach Pie

Ingredients
2 c. flour1 t. salt2/3 c margarinemilk to make dough2 c. frozen blueberries3 c. canned peaches, drained1/2 c. flour1/2 c. salt1/2 t. cinnamon1 T. margarine
Directions
Combine flour and salt; cut in margarine. Toss in enough milk with a fork to make a dough that forms a ball. Divide in half and roll into two pie crusts, placing one in pie plate. Combine all filling ingredients, pour into pie plate, and top with remaining crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 35-45 minutes.

Serving Size: makes one 9-inch pie, to be cut into 6 or 8 large wedges (nutrition calculated for 6)
