Ingredients
2 lbs Beef Stew Cubes 8 oz Canned Corn8 oz Canned Peas4 oz canned mushroom pieces10 Baby CarrotsMcCormick Beef Stew Seasoning8 cups Water1 tbsp Garlic Powder2 Tsp Lemon Pepper
Directions
Add Corn, Mushrooms, Peas, Carrots (I cut them in quarters), Water, and Seasoning into Crock Pot on High. Using Butter Spray, Cook Beef Cubes in a pan until just browned. Add to crock and cook on high for 3 hours, then low for remaining 3.
