Meatless Meatballs and Shirataki Noodles

Ingredients
1 package of Shirataki Noodles (8 oz)3 Veggie Patch Meatless Meatballs.5 cup Tomato Puree (can)1/4 Onion finely chopped1 spray of olive oil1/2 tsp of fresh Ginger Root (or 1 tsp of powder)I tbsp Oregano leaves (dried) 1/2 tsp Curry powder1 dash Sea Salt to taste (optional)1 dash of ground Black Pepper to taste
Directions
In a skillet, brown the onion with a spray of olive oll.

Throw in the whole package of Shirataki Noodles (drained and thoroughly rinced) and Curry.

Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat - stirring occasionally - until all moisture evaporate and noodles get flavored with onion and curry.

Add tomato puree, the three meatballs, oregano, ginger, black pepper and salt.

Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

NOTE: To reduce the sodium, use pureed fresh tomatoes and homemade meatballs.
