1/2 Cup Orange Juice1 cup strawberries (whole) frozen or fresh1 dannon light and fit smoothie (mixed berry flavor)5 ice cubes
Put all ingredients into the blender. Use high or ice crush setting. Blend until smooth, then pour into a glass. Then Enjoy!

Made this for an after workout pick me up in the morning- Hit the spot with coolness plus got my fruit in. I think next time I will split the strawberries w/ some blueberries to create a mixed berries orange smoothie w/ added antioxidants. Also used 1/2 cup crushed ice from fridge 1st for easy blend - 6/29/10
