coconut almond protein bars

Ingredients
1 cup dry nonfat milk powder3 servings vanilla whey protein powder1/2 cup oats1/2 cup chopped dates1/4 cup almonds (chopped)1/2 cup unsweetened flaked coconut3 tbsp ground flax seeds1/3 cup lite coconut milk1-2 tbsp water1/4 tsp coconut flavor (optional)
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients. Add coconut milk. Mix thoroughly. Add water and mix. It should be a thick blob of dough. Spray an 8x8 pan and press mixture into it. Chill for 1-2 hours. Cut into 8 bars.
