Directions
Saute 2 cups sliced zucchini and 1/3 cup onion in nonstick skillet until veggies are soft. Pour in a casserole dish. Spinkle with 1/2 c 2% cheese and pour 1/4 c egg sub on top. Sprinkle 1/4 c italiain bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 min.
