Turkey Nuggets

Ingredients
1.25 lbs of ground turkey1 Egg1.5 Tsp onion powder1/2 Tsp garlic powder3/4 cup of almond flour1/2 cup finely shredded, unsweetened, dried coconutCoconut oilSalt & pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees
2. In a small bowl combine 1/4 almond flour and coconut.
3. In a separate bowl combine ground turkey, egg, 1/2 cup of almond flour, onion and garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix well with hands as with a meat loaf.
4. Melt coconut oil in saute pan on medium heat.
5. Form balls the size of a golf ball and roll in the coconut mixture, flatten the ball, then add to the oil. Turn when browned and brown on the other side. Arrange all on a parchment lined baking pan and bake for an additional 5-8 minutes or until thoroughly cooked inside.
