Almond Cranberry Quinoa Cookies

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups white whole wheat flour1 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 cup softened unsalted butter1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)1/4 cup honey2 large eggs1 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp almond extract1 cup cooked quinoa, cooked1 cup old fashioned oats1 cup cranberries1/2 cup slivered almonds
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Line baking sheet with parchment.
Whisk flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, in medium bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat butter, both sugars, and honey until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
Add eggs and extracts; beat until pale and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
Beat in flour 1/2 cup at a time. Stir in quinoa, oats, cranberries and almonds.

Spoon dough in 2TBSP portions placing 1 inch apart.

Bake until golden, about 12 to 15 minutes.
