Ingredients
1/2 cup liquid egg whites, scambled in the microwave1/2 tbsp Naoynaise soy mayo, lowfat1 tsp cilantro1/2 tsp curry powderblack pepper and salt, to taste
Directions
Scramble the egg in the microwave for 1 min in a microwave-safe dish. Stir in the "mayo," cilantro, curry powder, salt, and pepper.Spread over toasted bread for a delicious, quick meal!
