Creamy Broccoli Soup in the Raw

4 cups broccoli florets (you do want some of the tender green stems like the ones just at the top)1/2 avocado1 clove garlic1 half fresh squeezed lemon1/4 tsp. turmeric1 Tbsp. of unpasteurized white (light) miso2 cups water
Wash your broccoli and cut into smaller chunks.
Add all of the ingredients into your blender or food processor. I used my Kitchenaide Blender. Blend thoroughly till smooth.
Taste to see if you want any additional seasonings.
Serving Size: 2 huge 12 oz. bowls
