Turkey Chili

Ingredients
Ingredients: Red Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Beans, red kidney, 2 cup Beans, white, 2 cup Crushed Tomatoes, 459.8 grams *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 12 oz Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove 2 T cayenne pepper2 T minced garlicPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp
Directions
Brown the turkey and toss in the peppers and onions to soften. Add garlic.

Put the rest of the ingredients in the crock pot and set for 4 hrs.

Add turkey mixture, add salt and pepper.

At 3 hrs, add 2T cornstarch into 2T liquid and add to chili. This thickens the chili.

top with cilantro (optional)
