Brussels Sprout Casserole

Ingredients
1.5 Lbs Brussels Sprouts4 oz. Jarlsberg part-skim, shredded1 cup skim milk1 tbsp Smart Balance1/3 cup seasoned panko breadcrumbs
Directions
Wash and trim Brussels sprouts, cut in half or quarters. toss with shredded cheese. Spread evenly into casserole dish. Microwave for 1 min milk and smart balance so it's melted. Pour over all the sprouts. Cover with panko. Finally bake for 375 for 30 minutes or until the panko is browned.
