Cube all veggies and meat. Coat meat in the flour and then brown in a saucepan. Add water, seasoning and soup to the crockpot and stir until dissolved. Optional: add other spices for desired flavor. Place meat in crockpot, then cover with veggies. Add more water if needed, but veggies and meat will both expel liquid as they cook. Cook on low for about 8 hours until veggies are tender and meat easily shreds.
