Tomato Cucumber Relish for Falafel

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped tomato 1/2 cup chopped cucumber1/3 cup Fat Free plain yogurt1/4 cup frest mint leaves, or 1/2 tsp dried mint leavesSalt & pepper to taste (salt not incl in sodium count)
Directions
Combine in a small bowl. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Serve with Falafel.

I doubled the recipe and used 2 Roma tomatoes and 1 peeled and seeded cucumber.
