Ingredients
*Tilapia filet, 32 oz (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .75 cup (remove)*Bread Crumbs PANKO Kikkoman 1/2 cup=1serving, 2 serving (remove)*Egg, Extra Large, Egg Land's Best, 1 serving (remove)*McCormick Old Bay Seasoning, 0.25 tsp (remove)*Black Pepper, freshly ground, 0.5 tsp (remove)*Lawry's season salt (.25 tsp), 1 serving (remove)*Olive Oil: Kroger, Pure Olive Oil, 1tbsp/serving, 1 serving (remove)*(Great Value) 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray, 12 serving (remove
Directions
Set oven to 450F. Mix panko, cheese and spices and set aside. Rinse and dry fish. cover cookie sheets with foil. Paint olive oil on cookie sheet with brush. Dip thick side of fish in egg and lay plain side on oiled cookie sheet. Use teaspoon to apply breadcrumb mixture to egged side of fillets. Spray bread crumb with olive oil spray. Bake for 15 minutes or until fillets are crisp and golden.
