Hambuger vegetable soup

Ingredients
1 lb. lean hambuger2 1/2 tsp. parsley1 1/2 tsp each of Oregano, basil & thyme6 cups water6 tbsp. pearl barley1 onion, chopped2 carrots, grated2 potatos, grated2 ribs celery, chopped2 cloves garlic, pressed2 lg. cans stewed tomatoes salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Cook barley according to box. Brown hambuger; add spices,water, vegetables, garlic and barley.
It's best cook a day before serving. Reheat before serving.
