Ingredients
16 oz. Turkey sausage link1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced1 cup sliced onion1/2 cup BBQ Sauce2 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Heat olive oil in non-stick skillet. Add peppers & onion. Sautee until onions start to turn clear. Add sliced turkey sausage. Sautee 3 minutes. Add bbq sauce & turn off heat. Mix well. Serve hot or cold.
