Ingredients
3 Slices of Smoked Bacon1 medium Green Pepper Sliced1 medium Yellow Pepper Sliced1 can of Chopped Tomatos1 Garlic Clove crushedAsda Passata - half cartonElmlea Light Double Cream - quarter of 10 fl oz tubCup of sliced Chestnut mushroomsParmesan Cheese gratedWhole Wheat Pasta
Directions
Add Bacon to frying pan, no oil required
Add Green, red pepper & crushed garlic. Gently stirfry & them add the tinned tomatos & chestnut mushrooms.
Simmer for 10 mins, then add the elmlea cream & stir.
Add the pasta to boing water in separate pot for 8 - 10 mins.
Once pasta is cooked, drain & add to the sauce.
Decant the pasta & sauce to oven ready dish & sprinkle the parmesan cheese over evenly.
Place in oven gas mark 6 for 10 mins to brown.
