Chickpea Sandwich Filling

Ingredients
15oz can Garbanzo beans1 Medium Celery Stalk, chopped1/2 Onion, chopped1 T Hellmann's Reduced Fat Mayonnaise w/Olive Oil1 T Lemon Juice1 tsp Dried Dill WeedSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then pour into a bowl and mash with a fork

Mix in the celery, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dill weed and serve
