Homemade Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
*Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Carrots, raw, 3 carrot (7-1/2") Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tspOregano, ground, 1 tbsp*chicken boullion, 2 servingWater, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Chop potatoes into 3/4" cubes, Slice carrots into 1/2" slices, and dice Onions into 1" square segments. Add water to slow cooker and set to low. Allow boullion to dissolve completely into water, then add all ingredients and stir occasionally. Allow to cook on low for 4-6 hours.
