Quinoa Coconut Walnut Brownies

Ingredients
3/4 Cup Organic Quinoa Flour1/4 tsp. Baking Soda1/4 tsp. Salt1/3 cup Coconut Oil2 eggs1/2 cup Honey2 Tblsp. Water2 cups dark chocolate1 tsp. Vanilla3/4 cup coconut1/2 cup walnuts
Directions
In a small pyrex bowl or saucepan melt coconut oil, honey, water. Remove from heat, add 1 cup chocolate and vanilla. Stir until melted, add eggs then flour mixture, stirring until combined.
Stir in remaining chocolate, coconut and walnuts.
Bake at 350*F for 25-30 minutes.
