Spicy Thai Red Coconut Pork Curry

Ingredients
About 8oz thinly sliced lean pork1 can of chick peas1 bag (12oz) of steam in the bag broccoliAnother 12oz bag of other steam in the bag veggies (I use Giant Eagle Harvest Blend)1/3 can Taste of Thai Lite Coconut Milk3 tsp Taste of Thai Red Curry Paste6 tsp siracha chili sauce1/2 tbsp curry powder
Directions
-One at a time, place veggie bags in the microwave according to their directions.
-While veggies are steaming, slice pork into thin strips or bite-sized pieces.
-mist pan with olive oil spray and cook pork over medium heat until lightly browned
-add coconut milk, curry paste, siracha, and cumin.
-stir until sauce is well mixed
-add chick peas and veggies
-stir to mix and cook continue to cook over med-low heat until heated through and pork is done.
