Ingredients
1 large chicken breast -boiled,ground up in chopper4 oz soft cream cheese ( low fat)3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish1 stalk celery ( ground in chopper)1/4 teaspoon curry powder
Directions
Mix all together

If mixture too stiff after adding cream cheese above, add SOUR CREAM to thin out to desired consistancy
