Fruit Trifle

Ingredients
Pound Cake2 eggs3 oz SR flour3 oz sugar1/4 tsp vanillaJelloAny flavour jello made according to instructions825g tin fruit saladCustard2 cups of custard either already made or made according to instructions.
Directions
Make the pound cake by mixing all ingredients together and cooking in oven at 375F for 40 mins.

While pound cake is cooking, prepare jello and fruit. Put in the fridge to cool.

Prepare custard.

When the pound cake is cooked, break it up and layer over a large serving bowl.

Pour the jello and fruit over the top of the pound cake pieces, try to distribute jello and fruit evenly over the cake.

Pour the prepared custard over the jello and fruit mix. Sprinkle a cup of sugar over the custard if desired.

Cover and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours to allow the custard to cool and jello to set.
